Audit Limitations
Our security audits are designed to identify potential vulnerabilities in smart contract code at the time of review. However, no audit can guarantee the complete absence of vulnerabilities or security issues. Our audits:
- Represent a point-in-time assessment
- Do not guarantee protection against all possible attacks
- Do not constitute financial or legal advice
- Are limited to the code provided for review
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose audit findings, code, or project information without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CyberPal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Audit reports delivered to clients become the property of the client, subject to our right to reference the engagement for marketing purposes (if agreed upon).
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your engagement contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberPal and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
